Meet Adala Bolto, Founder Of ZADI Training

Is it a gym? Is it a nightclub? Whatever it is, you should definitely check it out!

We talked to boss babe, business entrepreneur, mum of two and fitness expert Adala Bolto, founder of the popular fitness boutique ZADI training. With over 12 years experience in the industry, the Boss Babe shared her experience building her business, her business, her career to date and how ZADI training has become a 'game changer' for women's fitness.

Here's what she had to say!

What spurred you to create ZADI training?

I had been working in a female fitness centre for 15 years  initially as a trainer then business owner.  My vision to create ZADI was spurred by seeing a need to fill the gap in the market for a female fitness, lifestyle brand for empowered women and the products had to be scientifically specific to for females.

There were products and programs for women online and numerous active wear brands - but ironically not as many specialised studios or gyms considering the statistics which showed this demographic was growing at a rapid rate and made up a large portion of gym goers

Explain in your words, the 'bad-ass' ZADI woman. Who is she and how do you become her?

A Badass ZADI Woman knows what she wants, she has high standards and aims to succeed in all areas of her life, sets out to kick goals, she is confident and appreciates the extra effort that goes into quality premium products and experiences.

She loves to have fun, she’s independent and empowered and needs to Get Sh*t Done, knowing that is the way to kick some serious goals.

Having self-belief and confidence and not being afraid to take risks and work hard are the key ingredients to becoming a Badass ZADI woman.

Why do you think specialised training based on exercise science is essential in women's fitness?

Female bodies are clearly different to men, and the way our bodies respond to different training styles need to be taken into account, simple factors such as the rest time between sets, number of reps, areas we want to target and recovery time between sessions differs significantly.

Women have higher endurance then men allowing them to be able to handle more volume whilst men can handle more weight for example, Plus we want to deliver fast results for our babes so we need to use these important and often overlooked facts so we can work smart not hard!

Lastly, we ensure all movement patterns are included in every session and the right balance of training styles are covered each and every week so we can again – see FASTER results!

We love the Girls Night/Clubbing vibe at ZADI! It's so much fun! What's the story behind it?

The entire look and feel of the fit out and badass attitude was inspired by Brittany’s “Work Bitch music video and track” I love telling that story! If you listen to the lyrics that go_____”You want to hot body, you wanna Maserati, you better work B*tch” I think you get the gist of it, It’s the ultimate girl gang, on a night out vibe, without the cocktails.
