Success Meets Sororities - How to Leverage Your Sorority


One way you can care for yourself and show that you care for others is to openly discuss how you are both feeling. It will hold you accountable for identifying your wellbeing and will provide your friend an outlet to discuss their wellbeing.


It’s super important to take care of yourself and your sisters but it can be difficult. It can be difficult to identify when you or others need help, it can be difficult to find time in our busy lives to care for ourselves let alone others, and it can be difficult to know how to care for ourselves and others. Luckily, we have a few tips.

 

 

 

 

Openly Discuss How You're Both Feeling!!


If possible, try to schedule time everyday for you to improve your wellbeing and your friends. This can be anything from a walk, crossing items off both your to do lists such as grocery shopping or cooking dinner with friends. All are productive activities that won't feel like you're wasting valuable time when you are busy while also transforming a mundane activity into something fun.

Ways to Show You Care!

Go on hot girl walks! Our life can get very hectic and overwhelming so you find time to get fresh air, Vitamin D and exercise by going on walks with your friends. You can chat, listen to music or simply walk to decompress, whatever you choose, you both will benefit from it.

 



Treat Yourself! Text your sisters and see if anyone wants to go get ice cream, go shopping etc. Find ways to treat yourself, even if it's little.





Celebrate Achievements! Make sure to celebrate yours and your friends achievements, both large and small. From a simple text message to congratulate someone to throwing a party, lifes too short to not celebrate anything and everything. Plus it give you more excuses to throw a party, bake a cake and have fun!!
