We’ve found THE diamond of this season. She is edgy, cool, always has an air of elegance and is FOREVER ahead of the trends. From her iconic gowns in Bridgerton to her iconically poppin’ and fun ‘fits off-stage - she is a trendsetter throughout the eras! Can’t say that about too many people. She’s been centre-stage recently, and we can see why. So, we’re here to share some Simone Ashley fashion inspiration.
But before we get some much-needed fashion inspo, let’s delve into who this break-out star is. Simone is from the beautiful country of India, she was born and mostly raised in England (she spent some of her teenage years in California). She then entered a Theatre School, when she was in her senior years of high school, and continued developing her passion for acting by going to Arts Educational School. Simone always drifted towards the creative side of the world, even though her family were predominantly academic-focused. Strutting to her own beat since the VERY beginning. We love that for her.
In 2016 she started appearing in British TV and movies with smaller roles. She got her first big role in the V binge-worthy ‘Sex Education’ and then in 2021 it was announced she would be Lady Kate in Bridgerton, and the rest is history now. ‘Cause who doesn’t know of her existence now? We can’t wait to see which projects you join in next Simone! A little bird told us that we could be seeing her in the live-action version of The Little Mermaid
