Coachella is literally less than four days away. What are you babes wearing? Who are you going with? Are you even going? We're not (*insert a thousand sad faces here*) but we'll have two mega babes (hint: Gabby Epstein and Roos Vandekerckhove) sharing snaps from the festival so we'll feel like we're there. Stay tuned for those snaps on our Insta stories, they're going to be lit. Okay, so for the babes who ARE going to Coachella or are looking for festival friendly attire for future festivals, here's a festival 'fit cheat sheet. These are the essentials.
Start from the bottom. Statement boots can turn your outfit from basic AF to festival ready in an instant.
We're pretty sure there'd be a whole chapter dedicated to crop tops in a Beginner's Guide To Coachella and with good reason. They're easy, breezy and help you keep cool in the desert. This top also has matching pants, too!
You're probably thinking it's waaaay too hot to rock a faux fur coat in the desert and usually we'd agree with you, but we're letting you in on some styling secrets so you can pull off this look without breaking a sweat. If you're daring enough to wear a faux fur coat you should probably wear it with a bralet and some denim cut-offs. Opt for all things light and airy and cotton and linen are your BFFs. This coat doesn't button up so you get maximum ventilation but we recommend that you drink lots of water, though. Nobody wants to look or feel thirsty #TeamStayHydrated
If you're dreaming of denim but shorts aren't your vibe then this one's for you. It's a Western inspired mini that can be worn with a convenient belt bag (stay tuned, we've got some coming your way!), layered over a basic tee and it pairs seamlessly with any choice of footwear.
Need we say more?
We can't stress how important it is to have a pair of shades handy at a festival! Not only do they transform your look into a #LOOK, they help you actually see the performers and who really wants the sun in their eyes while trying to see Beyoncé? Not I.
The last festival essential is an open mind and a good attitude. People are going to bump into you in the moshpit, someone might spill a drink on your brand new Hello Molly 'fit and you might step on some fresh vomit. It's gonna suck but it's Coachella, don't let the small stuff kill your vibe.
