Sarah Jane Stevens
(@sarahjane.stevens)

"No one is left with unhappy tears on Sarah Jane's watch! Living on good vibes and a positive mental attitude, this successful beauty guru strives to educate people on the stigma of anxiety and other mental disorders, being the voice of many vulnerable young women and children with needs".

In a few words, what traits do you think make a Boss Babe?

A combination of compassionate, reliable, cheerful, easy-going and ambitious

What’s a typical 9-5 day for you?

Monday to Friday I work with kids with autism and on the weekends I work with a young man with Down syndrome so I’m pretty busy but I love my job and I love working with kids! So I work 9-5, 7 days a week :)

(Wow so inspiring!)

How do you handle moments of doubt?

With a cup of tea, a face mask and let it wash over me. I don’t like to dwell on it but I’ll feel it and then start again the next day. I remind myself I am enough, and I am loved and I have all that I need.

Any advice you would like to give to aspiring female role models?

Be true to yourself and be kind always.

Tahlia Skaines
(@tahliaskaines)

"Some of us struggle to pursue the property market. Not our property-savvy fashion icon Tahlia Skaines. She pushed boundaries with her go-gettem attitude and by her mid-twenties, purchased a luxurious Bali villa in her name, no partners or outside help required!"

In a few words, what traits do you think make a Boss Babe?

A strong, independent and goal driven woman.

What’s a typical 9-5 day for you?

Lots of time on my phone and laptop! Editing photos, editing YouTube videos, emails, chatting to my manager all day and jobs, chatting with my housekeeper in Bali for Villa Tahmi, speaking with my app developer about my travel app Abroad, uploading stories and photos, replying to DMs, brainstorming future plans and ideas, working on my own secret brand and another project silently in the background. And then the more fun days are actually going out and creating the content. Taking photos and filming videos!

(Phew! You're a busy Boss Babe!)

How do you handle moments of doubt?

I take a step back, try and relax, think about how far I’ve come and how much epic shit I have accomplished and then get back on with the job.

Any advice you would like to give to aspiring female role models?

Be you! Be authentic, post what you want, be real and share your passions and journey with the world and everything else will follow. Manifest and good luck. :heartpulse::heartpulse:
