You know @kelsrfloyd but do you know @kelsrfloyd? There are a few people on Insta that we see so often we think we actually know and in our minds we're bestfriends. We're talking people like Kylie (we're on a first name basis and everything), Gigi Hadid and @kelsrfloyd. Why not get to know these babes better? Kylie didn't answer any of our calls and Gigi's super busy atm but one of our fave girls Kelsey Floyd took some time out of her schedule to answer all of our crazy questions. 1. You're one of our fave babes here at Hello Molly HQ and we'd love to know your best tips and tricks for taking amazing Insta photos. 

I usually use my iPhone X for my pictures, sometimes my canon, but the key is the photo editing. My favorite photo editing software is Lightroom. Also, good lighting and clean backgrounds make for a more aesthetically pleasing photo! 

2. How did you get involved in fashion?

Instagram is what pulled me into the fashion world. I’ve always loved fashion and creating different looks. I was inspired by fashion bloggers to start doing the same and sharing photos of my outfits. 

3. Take us through a normal day for you.

On a basic weekday I wake up, head to my morning classes, come home and work on my blog, spend time with my husband by cooking dinner together, watching a movie, etc., maybe invite some friends to join in, and then bed! 

4. Describe your style in 5 words or less.

Summer, boho, street, ever-changing. 

5. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?

How you love yourself is how you teach others to love you. 

6. What's your favourite thing about being an influencer?

I love that I get to share my style and personality with people and that my Instagram platform provides inspiration for so many. Every day I’m grateful! 

7. Do you have any secret talents? If so, what are they?

Secret talents? I really enjoy writing, drawing and painting. I’ve actually won some art awards throughout school. 

8. Would you rather leave your house without your eyebrows done or without foundation?

Without my eyebrows. 

9. Are you a Summer or Winter girl? Why?

Summer! I’m a warm weather baby. I love the beach, the water, sun-kissed skin, and warm weather fashion! 

10. What's your favourite Hello Molly item?

Currently I am in LOVE with the ‘House of FUN Maxi Dress’ in silver.

11. If you could host a dinner with five celebrities, dead or alive, who would you invite and what would you make them?

Bob Marley, Post Malone, Jason Momoa, Jennifer Lawrence, and Winona Ryder circa 1990’s. I would make them stuffed shells because pasta dishes are what I’m best at!

12. Whose album are you listening to on repeat?

Post Malone’s new album. 

13. What advice would you give someone interested in becoming a social media influencer? 

Stay true to yourself and your style. Be sure to have fun with it, continuity is key, and don’t let the criticism of others pull you away from your goals.
